Serac Imaging Systems Limited, developer of Seracam® a portable hybrid gamma-optical camera for real-time radiation imaging, is presenting a poster at the 57^th annual conference of the Fachverband für Strahlenschutz (FS), the German-Swiss Association for Radiation Protection, which this year marks 60 years of radiation protection. The conference is taking place in Winterthur, Switzerland from 28^th September to 2^nd October.

Serac Imaging Systems Limited announces the sale of a system to Sellafield, the UK’s largest nuclear site and one of the most complex decommissioning programmes in the world. The deployment marks Seracam’s first commercial installation at a major nuclear facility and will support Sellafield Ltd’s ongoing programme of radiological characterisation across legacy facilities scheduled for decommissioning.

Serac Imaging Systems Limited and the Feline Hyperthyroidism Treatment Centre, Athens, Greece, announce the first veterinary use of the camera, for imaging feline hyperthyroidism.

Serac Imaging Systems  announces that two posters featuring Seracam® are being presented by its academic partners from Loughborough University at the IEEE Nuclear Science Symposium, Medical Imaging Conference, taking place from 1-8 November 2025 in Yokohama, Japan. One displays the first presentation of Seracam®’s potential to prevent extravasation injury; the other introduces new features to enhance Seracam®’s capabilities in intraoperative imaging.

Serac Imaging Systems and its clinical investigators from the Faculty of Medicine at the University of Malaya, Malaysia, announce that an oral presentation evaluating the first clinical experience using Seracam® took place at the IUPESM World Congress on Medical Physics and Biomedical Engineering in Adelaide, Australia (29 September to 4 October).
